It worked great the first 2 camping trips. By the 3rd trip (outside of 30 day return policy and 90 day warranty coverage) it quit working. Contacted the seller they told me to "turn it off and unplug for 30 minutes" Obviously did not work. Then they told me there was nothing they could do because I missed the return and warranty window. I'd expect more from a $300-$400 purchase. I could understand if it was less than $100 but seeing that this is the same price as a yeti I am quite displeased with this purchase.Worked long enough to get out of warranty. Now, 3 months later after occasional weekend use I have a E6 NTC Failure code and I'm out my money. Also, avoid the Assurant protection program. It's cheap for a reason. They don't send you any confirmation email and leave you stranded when your product fails.
