Fast Idle Button: This button is used to push the throttle without shifting gears. With the lever in neutral, press the fast idle button (cover) to open the throttle for start up and warm up.
Improved Throttle and Shift Control: Move the control lever to the forward or reverse position when the neutral and fast idle functions do not activate the control lever. Continue to move the control handle in the same direction to open (forward) the throttle.
Adjustable Throttle Friction: Move the control handle to the forward throttle range. The control handle should move freely. Adjust the control handle friction adjustment to prevent vibrations from changing the throttle setting. Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to increase friction and counterclockwise to decrease friction.
Power Trim Tilt Switch: Press the top switch to trim and tilt up, or press the bottom of the switch to trim and tilt down. It is easy to use and very helpful for better control of the boat. Built in ignition switch and lanyard for safety.
